Hello, lovely people!

I have been MIA lately, sorry. I have been so wrapped up with uni and work and life in general that I haven’t been writing in a while.

Today when I watched the latest episode of Grey’s Anatomy one of my favorite TV shows EVER. Brilliant actors, amazing script and storyline- every episode shows how people deal with everyday live struggles,  how love prevails above all.
Anyways, my point was that it got me thinking about something. Have you ever thought why doctors usually marry doctors or lawyers marry lawyers, or writers- writers, or actors- actors, etc. Well, I think I know the answer at least in my point of view. I believe in soul mates. Honestly, I do. It is not necessarily someone from the opposite sex- it could be a friend, a sister, brother,a grandmother. But if you are the luckiest person in the whole world your soul mate is the person who you choose to spend your life with.

So, yes it makes sense that doctors marry doctors. It is not only because they live in the same social world, as in surrounded by like minded people, it is the fact that they understand each other to an extent that nobody else does. They understand what it is to spend 20 hours in the hospital doing surgeries and at the end of the day not wanting to leave. They understand their passion, their calling, they understand each other on a soul level above the physical and material.

Having someone who understands you on that level is maybe one of the most amazing things in the whole universe. If that person gets to be your mate, gets to hold you every night when you go to sleep, gets to kiss you good morning and cry with you when you are sad then you are the luckiest, most enviable person on the planet.
I would like to find that person, I would like to feel this connection. Right now I am a nobody- I don’t even know what I want to eat for dinner, but some day when I figure it out or even before that I pray that I meet the person who will understand me completely.

I do have someone who understands me more that anybody else does, it is different though and I can tell you why. With the person you choose to spend your life with you share more than just interests, you share love- one that goes beyond the love for a friend, you share passion and lust. Your connection with this person is very deep, so if they get to be your soul mate like I said you are the LUCKIEST person in the whole wide world.

I don’t know if you’ll agree with me or not, all I know is that I would like to meet that person for myself and I sincerely wish it to everybody.

Love and be loved, nothing is more precious than that! 🙂
